Terms of Service
These terms apply when a business or authorised user creates an Attributable account or uses the service. By starting a trial or using Attributable, you confirm that you can bind the customer business and accept these terms.
Service
Attributable provides marketing measurement, attribution, reporting and customer-authorised data delivery integrations. Results depend on the data, access, consent settings and third-party platforms available to the customer. Attribution is analytical information, not a guarantee of advertising performance or revenue.
Trials, fees and renewal
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. A 7-day trial requires a valid payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription begins automatically and Stripe charges the payment method on file. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Optional recurring and one-time add-ons are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply.
Cancellation
You may cancel from the authenticated billing controls or by contacting adam@121group.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. We do not charge an early termination fee.
Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or unused time after a billing period starts. This does not exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If the service has a problem, contact us so we can assess and remedy it.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and billing information and protect login links and credentials.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and within connected-platform terms.
- Have all required authority, notices and consents to collect, submit, match and disclose data through Attributable.
- Configure destinations carefully and verify material business decisions independently.
- Not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell without agreement, or use the service to process prohibited or unlawfully obtained data.
Customer data
You retain ownership of customer data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and transmit it to provide the service and your chosen integrations. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Aggregated or de-identified operational information may be used to secure and improve the service.
Third-party services
Stripe, Shopify, Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Klaviyo and other connected services are independent providers. Their availability, APIs and terms may change. We are not responsible for third-party acts, outages or account decisions, but will use reasonable care in operating our integrations.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service and may perform maintenance, security changes and product updates. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use, non-payment or material breach. We will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers where practical.
Confidentiality
Each party must protect the other's non-public business information with reasonable care and use it only for the service, except where disclosure is authorised or legally required.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, to fraud or wilful misconduct, or to liability that cannot be excluded.
Ending service and data export
On termination, access ends according to the subscription period. You should export information you need before closure. We may retain or delete information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, legal obligations and configured warehouse arrangements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
